Selective Micro Offers Water-Monitoring Service
for Selectrocide Users
Starting January 9th, 2006 we officially opened our laboratory capabilities to our horticulture customers. We have designed a comprehensive water-monitoring program whereby SMT will analyze water samples from growers for microbial contaminants, and keep profiles of their facility over time. The laboratory service is FREE of charge for the first 12 months of using Selectrocide (one sample set per month, and an additional 2 sample sets for before and after initial shock-treatment) and only costs the grower the shipping fees of sending the samples to the SMT lab.
Highlights:
- Reports detail the levels of bacteria, fungus and algae over time.
- Speciation can be performed at an additional cost.
- Sampling kits will be provided by SMT and will consist of four or five vials and an ice pack in a styrofoam mailer.
